🌿 SHIPPING

Each candle is hand-poured, labeled, and packed with care in our New Jersey studio. Orders are processed within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Garden Statement Candles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered. We’ll always do our best to help resolve issues — simply email hello@gardenstatementcandles.com.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each candle is crafted in small batches and inspected carefully before leaving the studio. Because of the handmade nature of our work, we can only accept returns or exchanges on unused, unburned candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@gardenstatementcandles.com within 5 days of receipt with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll gladly replace or refund damaged items.

Scent preference and minor visual variations (such as frosting, texture, or wick placement) are natural to the small-batch process and not considered defects.

🔒 PRIVACY

Your privacy matters deeply to us. We collect only the information required to process and ship your order — name, email, address, and payment details — and we never sell or share that information with third parties.

All payments for online orders are processed securely through Squarespace and its integrated payment partners. We do not store credit card details.

If you join our mailing list, you’ll receive occasional updates about new releases, limited editions, and special offers. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of any email.

By purchasing from Garden Statement Candles, you agree to our policies on shipping, returns, and privacy.

All products are handmade in small batches, and natural variations in color, scent intensity, and appearance may occur. These are hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship.

Candle safety is the customer’s responsibility. Always burn within sight, keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable surfaces, and follow the safety label on the bottom of each candle.
